No Show Policy

In order to confirm your booking, we need a credit card on file. This is to ensure that our therapists are paid for their time regardless of whether or not you show up. If you do not show up for your appointment or do not give us 24 hours notice before your appointment, your card will be charged. It is never our intention to charge you for a service you do not receive, but we staff our facility, turn down other appointments, and set up stations based on your booking with us. Cancel 24 hours before your appointment in order to avoid being charged.
